Registration
  • How do I make an account?

  • You can make an account on our website by selecting the “Register” button on the top right side of the page. You will need to complete a registration form and provide us with a copy of your seller’s permit, business license or tax ID to info@wjncompany.com. or fax it to (714) 123-1234. This verification and approval process can take up to 3 business days. If after 3 business days you do not receive a confirmation email, feel free to contact us at (714) 123-1234 or email at info@wjncompany.com.
  • I am an international retailer, how do I make an account?

  • For international customers, we will need some additional information for your registration to be approved. You will need to send us a copy of your ID, a copy of the front and back of your credit card, and a copy of your seller’s permit, business license or tax ID to info@wjncompany.com. or fax it to (714) 123-1234.
  • How do I retrieve my lost Email/Password?

  • If you do not remember which email address you registered with, please contact us at (714) 123-1234, and we will provide you with the information.
    If you forgot your password, please click on Forgotten Password
  • I don't have a business, or a store, or an online shopping site. Can I still purchase your products?

  • We can only sell our products to those who own a retail shop or wholesale business.
  • How do I edit my account information?

  • You can always change your information by clicking on My Account
  • How can I get a copy of my receipt/invoice?

  • Once your order has been processed, our system will automatically send you an email confirmation of your order and order status. If you do not receive an email, please contact us and a customer service representative will provide you with one.

Billing
  • What payment options are available?

  • We only accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
  • When will my credit card be charged?

  • The payment will be processed in 1-2 days once you check out. You will receive an e-mail with the order number confirming it has been successful. Please note that once your payment has been process, depending on the bank, the transaction may show on your statement within 3-5 business days.

Orders
  • How can I check my order?

  • You can always check your recent order by going to My Orders. If you think there is an order missing or you can't find the one that you're looking, please let us know.
  • Is there a minimum amount to place an order?

  • There is a minimum order of $140 (USD).
  • Can I modify or cancel my order?

  • Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurate as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to an order after it has been placed.
